Today is going to be a good day
My Services
Individual Therapy
Whether a person is feeling stuck, experiencing big life transitions, has a traumatic history, or needs a safe place to talk, Individual therapy can help bring relief. Focusing on strengths while challenging distorted belief systems, and prioritizing self care, are essential to bringing internal peace. I utilize several therapeutic techniques to help my clients reach their true potential. Together we develop desired goals and outcomes.
Family Therapy
Every family is unique and may experience challenges along the way. Working with the whole family can help support healthy communication, understanding perspectives, establishing healthy boundaries, and improving relationships. Creating a safe place to share vulnerabilities and change the dance that keeps us stuck. I can help families navigate through divorce, co-parenting, blended families, and changes in family structures.
Couples Therapy
Navigating relationships can be difficult, keeping the spark alive, fertility issues, or learning how to communicate better. I help couples focus on strengths, develop healthier communication patterns, and discover habits that contribute towards relationship pitfalls. Through the therapeutic process, the hope is to gain a better understanding of each other’s needs and build compassion.
Play Therapy
While talk therapy is helpful for adults, children learn through play and experience. I utilize expressive therapy, experiential techniques, mindfulness, and art therapy to help children identify emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and increase self awareness. Children begin to feel more empowered and in control of themselves. Often times youth need a safe space to explore tough emotions. Parents are also an integral part of treatment, to help learn skills to support their children’s emotional well being.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE:
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
